Minimum 3 night stay. All bookings are subject to a cleaning fee of £75.00 and a security deposit of £125 against which any repair of damage or excessive cleaning costs or replacement of breakages, can be offset. The security deposit must be paid when the final payment for the rental is made. The security deposit (or any remaining balance) will be returned to the hirer within 14 days from the end of the rental period. For guests bringing their dog a fee of £30 per dog per stay will be added.
